Trade Qualifiers and Uncertified Experienced Workers are now eligible to sign up for the Portal and submit their applications online.

• A Trade Qualifier is a person who is qualified to write the relevant B.C. Certificate of Qualification and/or Red Seal exam without completing an apprenticeship program.
• An Uncertified Experienced Worker is a person who plans to get off the tools within the next five years and wants to apply for a temporary authorization to work until then.
